Bon Air Exteriors built a 14'x12' pressure-treated screen porch. The project included demolition of the existing deck, new footings with brick piers (per HOA), and a vaulted shed-style roof with two fixed skylights. We installed an Eze-Screen system, one vinyl screen door, drink rail and a ceiling fan. We also completed a 16x16 stamped concrete patio accented by a curved retaining wall for added structure and visual appeal.
