We tore out the old deck and built a fresh new one using Fiberon’s Sanctuary Series in Latte, finished off with a latte cocktail rail and Finyl railing system for added style and safety. The RainEscape system was installed to create a dry, usable outdoor living space beneath the deck. This innovative drainage system channels water away, making it possible to add features like ceiling fans or lighting below. Each RainEscape trough fits between deck joists, guiding water into downspouts and then into the gutter system. Beneath the deck, we installed a white solid soffit ceiling with four puck lights—turning the space into a cozy, well-lit escape right in their own backyard.
